Nereida was extremely wonderful to work with. We went into this process thinking it would be extremely stressful based on comments from acquaintances. However, after our initial consultation with Nereida, we knew that it wouldn't be as stressful. She made sure to take note of everything that was important to us, particularly focusing on the location we wanted to be in. My biggest concern and what posed for me the least excitement, was facing the fact that we may not be able to afford a home in the city we wanted to live in, with all the specifications we required. Nereida, kept me positive each step of the way reassuring me she was doing her best in finding us the perfect home, every day she would send new listing in the city of our preference and send us the ones she felt fit our needs. We only looked at homes for 2 weeks, when she found the ONE, this was THE HOME!! She made sure it checked off everything we needed and required, down to us not even having to change our kids from school. After submitting our offer, she made the whole process very smooth, keeping us informed of all that we needed to know, and making sure all we had to do was sign when needed. The day came when we signed closing documents, and she made the most beautiful "Welcome Home" celebration for us when she handed us the key to our DREAM HOME!

WOOHOO!!! Today is the day we get the keys to our DREAM HOME!! Thanks to our amazing agent, who made this all possible. Nereida managed to get us a great deal with this home, securing the home for 30k under the listing price. We couldn't be happier in our new mountain retreat. She truly listened to what we wanted and needed, taking the time to select great homes for us to tour. We walked through quite a few homes, because we wanted to see all of them, and she was so patient to take us to them all. When she came across the listing for the home we bought, she knew right away that was going to be the home we would fall in love with. She wasn't wrong, the moment we walked in we knew we were HOME. No matter what, after being there we knew that home had to be our home. She did everything she could, negotiated back and forth with the listing agent, until we got a deal that worked fabulously for us. She has heart for what she does, and truly does it out of the pure joy of seeing people reach their DREAMS. We would definitely work with Nereida again, as well as recommend anyone who will want to buy or sell. She is very professional, passionate, compassionate, caring, and hard working.
