ZillowVERIFIED Nena Pike is by far the best realtor my wife and I have ever worked with, including 2 previous homes sold by me and 7 homes sold by my wife. These included homes in CT and Chicago as well as Palm Beach County. Her marketing was outstanding, including the most beautiful pictures and drone footage, and a huge array of ads. Her service was outstanding. She attended almost all the showings and managed to group them into a short time span each day. She is extremely knowledgeable about Jupiter Farms with decades of experience. Her advice on how to prepare for the sale was extremely helpful including what to remove and staging. We had a serious problem with a mistake in a quick claim deed, and her real estate attorney was able to settle the issue. She helped us navigate different offers and provided really sound advice on which one to accept. The real estate attorney and title company she recommended was able to expedite our closing. Personally, Nena is very friendly, personable, highly professional, and a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED We needed to sell our house asap. We could not have found a better realtor. Nena got us multiple full price offers on the first day. I then found out we had multiple permits and mold issues that had to be handled. Nena helped even after the entire kitchen had to be ripped out and the original buyers had to pull out of the deal. Nena then found us the cash buyer. When we had a pool electrical issue that wouldnt pass inspection without ripping out the entire pool deck, we were ready to give it back to the bank. Nena found the electrician that could get it to pass without tearing it out. When we had pool tiles that need replacing, Nena had the pool company that could replace them. Nena is an extremely professional Realtor that went way beyond what most Realtors would ever do. This all happened after we had to move to the other coast of Florida.
