ZillowVERIFIED Nelson is no ordinary realtor! I can't even beginning to explain how much we put him through! He got 3 of our offers accepted, that is UNHEARD of in this market! He's no ordinary realtor, I tell ya! 3 days before our date to close our lender decided our reserves weren't going to work and told us they were going to cancel our loan! We were dumbfounded but accepted that maybe it wasn't ment to be for us. When Neslon heard this he quickly sprung into action and contacted the lender directly. Within hours a manager at our credit union called and told us that our realtor had just saved our loan. The underwriters had made mistakes but no one had noticed until Nelson stepped in and asked the right questions. Nelson helped me sell one of my rental properties in 2014, the first home I bought in 2010 and sold in 2018. Thank you for making our dream home come true, Nelson! When the kids go to college and we're ready to downsize we'll give you a call ??! He's super patient, never pressured us, and always kept us informed. Oh and did I mention he tells the best jokes! ZillowVERIFIED I found Nelson through an FB ad just to inquire, we ended up communicating for about 2 years before I actually met face to face & needed his service. During those 2 years, he would often check in to see how were doing. I didnt feel pressured in any way to sell our home but amazed on how thoughtful he was to keep us in mind throughout the years. When I finally was ready to sell my home, he was very helpful in guiding us through the process as well as give us a heads up as to what to expect, physically & emotionally. We loved how he handled the sale of our home that we looked forward to seeing him again to search for a new home. He was just as patient with us and would always accommodated our schedule. I wanted to give up a few times because it became too much with my already hectic schedule but he was always there to make things better, he was like a coach, counselor, motivated speaker, and most importantly, a friend all in one. Nelson will always make time for you no matter the hour of the day or night. He will answer ANY questions/concerns you may have, if he doesnt have an immediate answer, he will eventually get back to you (even during his dinner time or on family trips). With his help, we found our home & are extremely happy of the result. Nelson is very professional, from his manners to the way he dresses. I would often give him a hard time when we met cause I would rather see him in casual wear than slacks & nice shirt, I wanted him to be comfortable around us, as Ohana (family). We will only be sad because we are near the end of our journey as we had a routine of seeing him. I want to thank him from the bottom of our hearts for always being there in such a trying time of our life. ZillowVERIFIED He went above and beyond for us. My husband works odd hours so we were only able to go look at certain times. He always made himself available. Our son is autistic and he could only handle looking at a couple house a day and Nelson was so understanding and willing to work with us. Had so much patience and answered every question we had... Lol, we had a lot! If my husband or I had a question we would call or email him and he got back to us with the answer within the hour. Practically held our hand every step of the way. When the sellers agents were dragging their feet he was all over them pushing them forward, trying to get us into our dream home as soon as possible. There was a problem with back taxes owed and he got it all straighten out with the bank so the sale wouldn't stall and we could move forward.

The funny part is that I'm licensed and when I found the house I wanted by accident, he was not with me. We called him, gave him the info, made the offer and after close of escrow, he came by our new home to deliver the closing papers and to see the home he had sold to us. Our escrow closed in two weeks. Nine months later he showed up at my door with an Easter present...I caught him as he was leaving so I had him come in and say Hi! I must say, I missed him this year for Easter. :(
