I was a first-time home seller and felt overwhelmed when I decided to sell my house. This was the first house I have owned and I had been living there for about 30 years and did not know where to start. I met Nikki months before, after she had sent me a hand-written note introducing herself. At that time I had no immediate plans to sell. When I finally decided to sell I contacted her and she came over with a time-line and a marketing plan. Then she engaged a professional photographer who took lovely photos of my house which we planed to use to market the house. A few days later I was contacted by a neighbor who wanted to buy my house and had given me a very low offer. I referred him to Nikki and after meeting with her he quickly offered full asking price for my house, and we made a deal. I would not have been able to do this on my own. Nikki was a pleasure to work with...always prompt for scheduled appointments and she had answers for all my many questions. She even recommended a mover who turned out to be excellent. A few days ago, after settling into my new home I received a lovely gift...a rendering of my cute little cottage which looks like a watercolor painting. I highly recommend Nikki.

Review There isnt much I can say...because the transaction went so smoothly (from my side, but I know the Rizvani Team was doing all that necessary background work).Nikki and Renee carefully listened to the criteria given and possible daily options were sent to my mailbox for review (I really liked this part!). Anything interesting? An appointment was set up to see on a timely basis. Once the perfect place was found and negotiated, they just naturally took care of everything. A few times I thought of something and suggested it and the response was: That was taken care of already. (Oh!) Review An absolute professional through and through. Went above and beyond every step of the process. Nekije was extremely accommodating with my busy work schedule. I was completely ignorant of the entire house-buying-process, however, with Nekije, I was able to understand exactly what was happening at any point in time. By utilizing Nekije, I saved massive amounts of time that would have been spent researching other components involved with the purchase, such as; loans, attorneys, inspectors.
