REALTOR
ZillowVERIFIEDNeile was a great agent who managed to help us find a home in our desired neighborhood that met our needs and was innour price range. Neile is not only a competent agent, but she is fun to work with! Her knowledge of cities and towns in Connecticut made house hunting easy and her great attitude made the entire process fun! Many of my friends talk about how tedious the house hunting process was, but all I remember was how fun and easy it was because of Neile!
ZillowVERIFIEDNeile showed us many properties and each time was very patient with us.. She always took the time to answer all our phone calls and questions.. We are very happy in our new place and we just can?t say thank you enough to Neile..
ZillowVERIFIEDI listed my home with Niele in the fall, and within 1 week we had 3 legitimate offers, and excepted one that was over 97% of the asking price. She was then able to find us a new home to upgrade to in the same amount of time! Would recommend Neile to everyone!
ZillowVERIFIEDNeile made the process of buying a home seamless and fun. She brought great energy to each appointment and gave sound advice when it came down to negotiation. Highly recommend
ZillowVERIFIEDNeile is a fantastic realtor. We were first time home-buyers at the time when reaching out to Neile. We had a vague idea of what we wanted in our home, but really had no clue having come from years of apartment renting. Neile was patient and encouraging with us as our search requirements changed (multiple times) as we better understood the local market. Her knowledge of the area and willingness to view over 20 homes with us, on our complicated schedule, was more than we could ask for. Ultimately, with her help we found the (starter) home of our dreams and one we are extremely happy in! Neile even had the intuition that this would be the right one, but let us come to that discovery ourselves, and was extremely proactive in getting us the very first appointment the first day the home was listed. We ultimately offered and negotiated a contract less than 12 days of the home being on the market. We couldnt have done it without her! When it came to finding a mortgage, home inspection and other details of which we had no idea what we were doing, she was so helpful finding us people to work with and coaching us through the process. We would highly recommend Niele if you are looking for a relator in the CT area.
ZillowVERIFIEDThis was the first time I sold a house which seemed like an enormous, impossible task. Neile was very knowledgeable and thorough, and made sure all of my questions were answered. She was sincere and understanding, and made the entire process less overwhelming.
