ZillowVERIFIEDNeil was absolutely amazing! He helped us through the process of buying our first home! He made everything easy to understand which helped make the process go smoothly. His advice and support through closing was so valuable. He was great to work with and worked around our schedules. He was always quick to respond when we had any concerns or questions. He was polite, kind, friendly, and knowledgable. We could not have made it through this process without him. We highly recommend working with Neil to anyone who is in the market for a new home!

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Neil on a few homes over the past few years. He has helped us as the seller and as the buyer, which includes a new construction build we did with him as well. Very professional, upfront and knowledgeable! We would use Neil again.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers my fiancA(C) and I were completely new to the process. Neil was absolutely great from the moment we met with him. We felt completely at ease with him and the services he provided. Like other reviews note, we never felt pressured. He was extremely responsive to messages and even helped us put together our offer on our home at 11pm at night!! Even at that late hour he went over everything in great detail and thoroughly answered our questions. We also used a mortgage broker that he recommended and through the use of the two of them, we never felt a moment of stress! We will definitely be using Neil again and recommending him to all our closest family and friends!

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking to sell your home I wouldn't go with anyone else than Neil. No one knows more about the local market and can sell a house faster. What I really liked was Neil was there for us every step of the way of selling the house and was always available for questions that we had. I highly recommend Neil to anyone that has any real estate needs or questions.

ZillowVERIFIED Neil was so easy to work with! I lived a couple hours away and he was always available and flexible with his schedule. We would "power look" when I would come to town. Always had a smile on his face, NEVER pressured me into a purchase and would answer all my questions without hesitation. Neil would look for other options, go view homes to see if they were worth me driving 2 hours to see - just truly an amazing person to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. He's one of the most honest, sincere people that I've met - there was never any reason to question what he said and he always followed through!

ZillowVERIFIED Once you are in contact with Neil, he is there for you every step of the way. He returns all e mails and phone calls very quickly. He is very technical by the fact you can be looking at one house and he has the ability to use his internet on his phone to look at anything else available at that time that you might be interested in. He knows the neighborhoods and area which makes looking for something or asking about a certain location very easy for him. No matter what he is doing, he explains in detail everything you need to know and makes himself available for any questions you may have along the way. He is good at networking with other realtors or any services you need along the way. We were extremely impressed with everything Neil did to help us sell our home and would HIGHLY recommend him for any of your realty needs??

ZillowVERIFIED Neil goes above and beyond for his clients... very good with open houses and showings. Would recommend to anyone! He was very helpful with tips for selling our house. He sent me listings right away when a new house that met our criteria came on the market.

ZillowVERIFIED Neil is an excellent agent. My wife and I endorse him and have referred him to others, which to me as a sales professional in a different industry, is the finest compliment I can receive or offer. Without going into specific details, I can honestly say Neil is one of the most responsive, well-prepared and articulate people I have dealt with in any business. My wife and I had great peace of mind knowing Neil was on the job and working hard for us. He provided great insight and advice prior to our listing which I strongly believe helped our home sell quickly. He communicates very well and responds to emails and phone calls extremely quickly. Choosing a real estate professional to work with is a big decision because so much is at stake financially (and emotionally as well). We made a great decision working with Neil and recommend him highly based on his performance and personality.

ZillowVERIFIED Neil was great! He helped us sell our house and buy a new one . His understanding and knowledge of the process on both sides was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make himself available to show us homes sometimes on short notice. We are very happy with the way everything turned out.....thanks again Neil!

ZillowVERIFIED As soon as I was interested in a house, Neil made sure I was able to put in an offer that same day. With that being said, he knew the market well and was able to help speed up the process in order for me to get my house. I was very happy with how it turned out.
