ZillowVERIFIED Neil was very helpful in buying my first investment property in Austin, Texas. Here are some of the things that I appreciate very well about Neil a) Independent Decision making - I have worked with various realtors in the past and usually they try to incline your decision one way or other but with Neil it was different. He gave his honest opinion about the property, locality , price-point everything but did not try to influence one way or the other. I really appreciate this quality about him and this makes him different from most of the realtors. b) Availability & punctuality - The person was always on time with property meetings and always available for consultations etc. c) Being truthful - Neil was upfront and honest about each aspect.

ZillowVERIFIED Neil is unrivaled in both his knowledge of the market and the guidance he provides. He saved me tens of thousands of dollars just with his savvy negotiation skills and finding the perfect comps during the closing process. From finding the perfect home to bid on, to the moment you have the keys in hand, he makes you feel like you have the best in your corner and there's no way you can lose. I've already started recommending Neil to my friends and loved ones - I'd love to recommend him to you as well.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a wonderful experience with Neil and his level of patience has been commendable. It was my first purchase in the Austin area and he had a great deal of knowledge of the housing market. He was patient, responsive, on top of things & went above and beyond in helping me find a home. He also helped me chose and provided feedback on the interior of the house from the design center when I was remote. That was well appreciated. I would definitely recommend him to others that are looking for properties to live or to invest.

He is very detail oriented, patient and in depth understanding of all aspects of process from lending, fixes needed in house, what it takes to get house. ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Neil for purchase of an investment property in Leander, TX. Neil is very patient and has great knowledge of the area. Being an outsider I did not encounter any issues with the entire process. He is very patient and doesn't rush through the process. Once the deal got closed, he also connected us to the tenants staying in the property. I am sure he is going to take care of us maintaining the property as well. I will definitely seek his help again if I am buying any other property over there and will recommend him to anyone looking for a property in and around Austin.

ZillowVERIFIED - Highly recommend Neil for everything.- Had a fantastic experience in purchasing a home.- Very professional and patient. - Super responsible and responsive- Keeps your best interests in mind.- Keeps your requirements in mind and provides solid advice on housing choices and locations - Strikes the perfect balance between too persuasive and too reticent which I have found many realtors find it difficult to achieve

ZillowVERIFIED Neil found us a new tenant for a 1 bed/1bath condo in record time...we had no vacancy between tenants...which we truly appreciate. Because we do not live in Austin, Neil also handled the services needed to get the condo ready for the new tenant. This is the second time Neil has helped us, and we cannot be more pleased! Thank you, Neil!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm so glad that I hired Neil to help me rent my condo in Austin. He took care of all the details and had a great strategy for getting qualified applicants. Within a day of listing, we had multiple enquiries and the first application that came in was quickly processed and turned into a contract with a move in date and term better than what I'd hoped for. Thank you!
