Don’t depersonalize too much, buyers purchase lifestyle. Professional photos and strong online marketing create more showings and stronger offers.

The majority of my clients have been residential sales, mixed with some land sales. Most of my transactions center in mid- to upper-middle price bands - homes ideal for move-up buyers, relocations, luxury, waterfront, and coastal retirees.
