We are thrilled that we chose Neida as our realtor for our recent home sale in Corpus Christi. Any anxiety we had going into this sale with the current market conditions she helped to remove with her positive attitude and background. She gave us a pre-walk thru perspective of things that could hinder the sale and was indeed helpful to get in front of those things or be prepared to adjust when needed. Her staging the property with props added so much accent and helped our home look inviting. As we navigated the process together and coordinated with needed price adjustments it was much easier knowing together we were doing all we could do during this cooled off market time. Of specific appreciation we admire Neida for pushing back and collaborating with the buyer's agent on a few items that were called out but actually not required in the initial home inspection which resulted in saving real dollars for us by not having to make unnecessary and additional repairs. She negotiated a realistic and fair price for us and managed details of closing requirements and handling things through that phase so we did not have to worry for one second knowing she always had our best interest in mind. More importantly, Neidas kind, helpful and assuring personality was a rare and welcome treasure in todays professional culture.
