ZillowVERIFIEDWont find a harder working Realtor, from the first phone call to the last she made me priority , moving from the Bay Area to Pioneer we met three weeks in a row from one in the afternoon to 8 oclock in the evening she showed me Property from Pollock Pines to Placerville. We drove all over the place to make sure I thought all the places that I was interested in , I mean, without hesitation I was blown away she said she would find me the house I wanted and she did just that. I'm so happy with my Purchase and the whole experience was great , and I know it wasnt her only Client so how she balances her personal life and her work is amazing , and I kind of miss talking to her. I consider us good friends now. Sincerely, Michael Giannini

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Neeta made buying our first home so much easier than we expected. We first started looking back in July 2025 and were completely figuring out where and what we actually wanted to buy. After almost a full year of searching, she was still super patient with us and never once rushed us to just pick a house and close. She was incredibly responsive honestly, it felt like she was working around the clock for us, and she never made us feel like a bother. When it came to negotiating repairs, she really went to bat for us to make sure we got a fair deal. You can tell she actually cares about her clients and isnt just looking for a quick sale. We are so incredibly grateful for her help in finally getting us into our first home. We will definitely work with her again down the road and cant recommend her enough. If you want a realtor who gets things done and actually looks out for you, call her.

ZillowVERIFIED Neeta did anoutstanding bad job to talk when you drive and with bad connection , is like the Cashier who is next when he has a long line !! I think its Better to say I would prefer to call you later since Iam busy orIam driving Would that be okay to you or Would you be able to call me either tomorrow or after for instance couple hours ...... I could say hey Iam going to call you becuase iam drvi g now Zand hang up the conversation !!!! Man where is the etiquette of speaking theses days , Were living in fast pace world but not to the degree to forget how we talk with people even if they are not face to face !!@! Hope this review will enhance this people of agents around in this platform

ZillowVERIFIED Neeta Patel is the kind of realtor everyone hopes to find but rarely does. My father was considering selling his home this year, and Neeta stayed in touch with him consistently?never pushy, always professional. When it came time to meet, she came to the house fully prepared. She had done extensive research, ran local comps, and even consulted with five different appraisers to ensure she had the most accurate picture of the homes value. Given the current market and economic uncertainty, she was direct and honest in her assessment. She let my father know that the market wouldn?t support the price he had in mind and actually recommended he wait before listing. That kind of transparency and integrity is rare?and so appreciated. On top of that, my father brought up concerns about remodeling his bathroom for safety reasons (he?s 80), and Neeta immediately provided trusted contractor recommendations and additional resources. She?s been in this area a long time and clearly has deep roots and a wealth of knowledge. Both my dad and I were so grateful for her diligence, kindness, and professionalism. Neeta isn?t just a realtor?she?s a true advocate for her clients. We would recommend her in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Neeta has helped us buy a home and sale a home. I would have to say that she made both experiences enjoyable and stress free. With her knowledge of the area and expertise in real-estate we learned a lot and are very thankful. She held our hands through the whole process and I am not sure we could have gotten through this without her. If you want someone you can trust, someone that tells it like it is with no apologies then Neeta is your friend, no hands down! You will not regret it and she should be your #1 choice.

ZillowVERIFIED I logged into Zillow and sent a request for an agent to sell my home in the Bay Area. Within 15 minutes Neeta called me and we set up an appointment for her to come out and look at my options for selling my home. Within less then two weeks my home was on the market and sold within 4 days. The buyers agent was hard to work with but Neeta with her professionalism and expertise in real estate was able to close escrow the same day my new home closed. Loved working with her and she always was very quick to respond and work out problems with ease.

ZillowVERIFIED Neetas experience in the area surpassed all expectations I had. She listed my home in the Bay Area and it sold in 4 days. She found me my dream home in the foothills and both homes closed the same day. I would recommend Neeta to anyone who is looking for a home or wanting to sell their home with expertise, professionalism, and quick response. Never had such a good experience selling and buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Neeta worked hard to make sure we got a fair deal regarding items that needed to be taken care of prior to sale. I would have liked more updates now and then as to how the sale was progressing during escrow, but do understand that she is really busy and constantly on the go. All and all, Im very satisfied.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I found Neeta on Zillow. It was a wonderful experience, she had excellent knowedge of the area and focused intently on our objectives. At one point she steered us away from a property that I wanted to pursue (which would have increased her earnings) because she knew it wasnt right for us. She led us to the perfect home. We could not have found a better agent and would recommend Neeta to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a somewhat unconventional and difficult property to sell and Neeta met me there exactly on time , got it written up and listed right away and incredibly pleasant and nice . She met with lots of clients and agents and got my property sold . She is honest and straightforward, means what she says and does it ! If I start with another property, she is my agent and should be yours too!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are first time homebuyers and Neeta was AMAZING throughout the entire process. I always ask a million questions and am not very patient but Neeta was always there day or night to answer and questions or even just to be reassuring. I would and have recommended her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. We have had some not so good experiences in the past with realtors who didn?t even listen to us and it resulted in us not buying a house. With Neeta by our side we were able to buy our first home and we are beyond grateful for her!

ZillowVERIFIED Found Neeta looking at Zillow for the Amador County area. She had alot of great reviews. Everything in those reviews were spot on. She communicated back quickly and handles every request professionally. I think she is a workaholic and that is just fine with me. She helped us buy a home and then a couple years later she helped us sell a home. The process was painless. I highly recommend you go with Neeta if you are buying or selling a home. Thanks Neeta!
