ZillowVERIFIED Neena is an AMAZING realtor who I've worked with to buy a home in 2020, then sell it in 2024 and buy a new home again. Neena is super personable, very professional, and seems to be able to answer any question I could possibly ever have. Even if she didn't have the answer I know she's the sort of person who would immediately do research to figure it out for me. When walking through homes Neena has a great eye for what needs work, what looks good, and also has a great eye for a home's potential should you want to renovate or move things around and she's able to give very rough estimates for what that work would cost. I also never felt pressured or rushed when working with her. She wanted to make sure my wife and I were sure when making decisions. Neena's network of business collaborators have also all been great to work with from attorney to home inspector and contractor. I know from talking to her that she's constantly refining and updating her contact list so she can give her clients the best experience. Even after purchasing the house she kept in contact, but not in a way which felt pressuring or overbearing. The way she remembers your details, dates, and things about you I feel would take another person a spreadsheet to remember and keep track of, but the way she's able to rattle off information during face to face conversation makes it clear she just keeps a LOT of it in her head. In our new home she also threw an open house warming party so we could meet our new neighbors and invite our friends and family. All we had to do was have the house ready, and she showed up with food and drinks. This was a wonderful way to move into our new home and it shows how she really cares about building community for her clients. If you need to buy or sell a home you couldn't do much better than Neena, which sounds hyperbolic, but that's how confident I am in recommending her. You will not regret it!
