Neena worked patiently with me through a rigorous home search that began a year ago, and culminated in buying my dream home last week. We must have reviewed close to a hundred properties as I looked for a high-quality new construction in a desirable commuter town, at an almost impossible price point with relatively low taxes. I am a highly analytical buyer and pushed hard on details, assumptions, and tradeoffs. Neena met that with objectivity and patience, and a calm that was sometimes maddening in the context of a competitive sellers market. More often than not, her perspective proved right when homes I hesitated over sold weeks later. What ultimately set Neena apart is that she helped me clarify what I actually wanted, not just what I initially thought I wanted. That clarity is what led to finding my dream home. She kept the process focused and forward-moving, even during moments of doubt, without ever making me feel rushed.
