Where do I begin.... Neal helped us buy our dream home. Some would say moving state to state is super stressful. We moved from South Florida (6.5 hours away) to Georgia and yes it was lots of hard work and stressful but I will say Neal was really helpful. He scheduled all the houses we were interested in one day. Neal also helped us get financing. He made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We had a little delay in closing on our part. And even with that he stuck with it and made sure we didn't loose the home of our dreams. We have family looking to move soon and of course they will be going to Neal for all their housing needs.

We tried to sell our place by ourselves, listing on FB and other places. Neil contacted me and asked if i got tired dealing with the tire kickers to contact him, that he would like to list it. After a month we contacted Neil and he put our place on the market. After a Month we had some personal issues that caused me to have to take it off the market. He never gave me any hassle and done what i asked. a few months went by and he again listed it per my request. in just a matter of months my place sold with no hassle, got more than i wanted/expected.
