That house wasnt the one for us, but, after casually house shopping for awhile, and coming into contact with lots of agents, she stood out against the rest. It was immediately apparent that shes intelligent, intuitive, and professional, and authentic. She listened to what we were looking for and was always very responsive. For example, on two different occasions my husband spotted a house he wanted us to see, reached out to Tessa on a Saturday night, and she took us to look at the house the very next morning. Whenever we had questions she was a call or text away. Tessa made this enormous endeavor of buying a home pleasant, helping us through every step of the way and always going above and beyond!

I was in the middle of nowhere to find a right property and prep for a relocation from out of state to CA. She was able to communicate with zoom meetings and multiple calls for searching homes, hiring contractors, processing documents, and receiving walking throughs without my presence until hand over the keys. I was only able to contact her out of normal business hours but she was always there promptly to take care of the all matters. Highly recommended and hope to deal with her soon for other properties.
