I was selling my home and I brought Nayna to see the property. she is not looking to make a quick buck. Nayna recommended some cosmetic and small repairs to make rather than listing at that time. Once the the fix-ups (cosmetic etc...) were made Nayna came back to list the property, the photographer that she uses took beautiful pics including aerial shots. Nayna made sure my house was listed at a comparable price. I really feel that with the fix-ups Nayna recommended allowed my home to sell in 1 week at 55k above list price. Nayna also followed the sale thru by staying in contact with the other realtor and lawyers to make sure the sale was smooth sailing. I had interviewed a number of people before settling on Nayna as the obvious choice. Her personality, demeanor and overall plan and vision for the sale of the property where exactly what I was looking for and I was 100% accurate in my assessment of her. She was easy to deal with, instructional, informative and constantly kept me in the loop on everything that was going on. There were a few bumps in the road because of different people interested in the property and every time something popped up, Nayna was quick to inform me of the latest updates and offer her expertise as to how to handle each situation and give her opinion of what was best for me with the options I had each time. She did a wonderful job of marketing the property and that included some of the best photography I've seen in a while including drone shots from high above that showed the property beautifully as well as the surrounding area which was a huge selling point. Most importantly, I got much more for my property than any of the comps because of her pricing and negotiations. We want to first start by saying that we are 100% glad that we chose Nayna to close on our first home. Being a first time homebuyer, we didn't know where exactly to start. We researched online and spoke to multiple friends/family/agents who had been through the process, but it was until Nayna came along that we felt that we had a clear direction. She was very easy to talk to and was able to quickly distill what was needed and even more so when it was needed - that took a huge weight of our shoulders! It was a challenging situation as my mother-in-law is 90 years old, and had lived in her house for 43 years. Because my husband and I live in Boston, and my sister-in-law lives in NYC, we were not able to be physically present for most of the selling process. Nayna went out of her way to work proactively with my mother-in-law, and keep us informed along the way. Nayna had to set up several conference calls between NJ, NYC, and Boston, work around our time schedules, and she managed the conference calls with impressive professionalism. She also recommended painters, contractors, and actually personally installed a fire extinguisher and smoke detector so that the house would pass the NJ fire inspection code.Not only did Nayna represent us, the sellers, but she was the buyer's agent as well, so she had to work diplomatically to resolve any conflicts that came up.
