ZillowVERIFIED Nayda went above and beyond with the sale of our home in Eagle Trace, Coral Springs. She was very patient as we had 20+ years of decluttering to do prior to listing. We listed during a time the market was changing very rapidly and also the slowest quarter of the year (Q4). Nayda kept us updated and with a positive mindset that our home would sell in time. She brought in a professional photographer who took beautiful pictures and requested feedback after every showing. After 4 months, we found a buyer and thats when Naydas experience came in handy with the inspections, appraisals- she was at the house for every appointment. She also went above and beyond by helping us get trash out of the house and vendors in to clean since we moved out of state prior to the closing and final walkthrough. Her communication is constant at all hours of the day via text and phone calls. You wont go wrong having Nayda on your side of a real estate purchase or sale transaction- if you need a realtor, dont hesitate and hire her!

The best part is that within 12 hours my offer was sent to the seller who counteroffered and I accepted the terms. So within 48 hours we had an accepted offer and had scheduled a date for the closing.The most impressive part is that this happened over a Saturday and Sunday. Nayda answered all my calls and texts immediately or within 10 minutes. I do believe she brings her phone even into the shower with her! After that Nayda even counseled me and helped me sell my other home and she did not even charge me for her time. She is 100% reliable and on the ball. I have had plenty of bad experiences with other realtors who took 4 or 5 days to respond to me or who could not answer even basic information about their listings. But with Nayda she memorizes all the facts about every home she is working on and can answer any question with ease. Like I stated, I found what I wanted, Nayda still showed me other property as a reference. She showed good knowledge of the area, She responded promptly to all queries and made sure that all the necessary paperwork for the foreclosure was dealt with by all parties, within stipulated times. When the other party dragged their feet she was on top of them getting extensions etc.
