Mr. May did an outstanding job in selling our home in less than 5 weeks on the market. He initially walked thru our home and found several problems he said we should fix and he had great ideas on how to properly stage our home. He understood the existing market and came up with a great listing price for our property. After reviewing many agents he seemed the best fit to sell our property in a timely manner. Many agents seemed to over price homes and they sat on the market for many months, not the case with Nate. He was the right person for the job and helped us thru the selling process. A++

Review Wow! Where do we start with this review? We originally wanted to put our home on the market in January of 2027 but after buying property in another state, we changed our mind. We moved our plan to June of 2026 but Nathaniel talked us into trying to be ready by May 1st. We did it and he had our pictures taken and home listed by May 1, 2026. Other homes in our neighborhood were taking 9-12 months or more to sell. Nathaniel got us under contract in 33 DAYS!!!! We were blown away and very HAPPY! Thank you, Nathaniel, for everything you did to sell our home in a timely manner!!! Anyone in Las Cruces looking for a very friendly, knowledgeable go-getter realtor, needs to hire Nathaniel. Review Very professional and helpful in selling my house. I switched to Nate based on a reference and after I terminated my contract with another realtor who failed to push my house out for 12 months. Nate provided very detailed and constructive suggestions. We managed to sell the house within several weeks. During the process, he helped me arrange for and administered a series of renovation and maintenance works for the house while I was out of town and country. He also made good communication with buyer's side during and after the contracting. The contractors he recommended are efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommend! The best realtor I have ever hired.

I made the move to own because I was (am) sick of paying rent month after month and it not going anywhere (there are benefits of renting but not my cup of tea). After going back and forth about it, I finally made the move to begin the home buying process. One of my colleagues recommended Nathaniel to get me started. It was as easy as the first call to get the ball rolling. I was not too sure where to start but I did a lot of personal research and found a home that I liked/wanted. Review Nathaniel was amazing to work with. I flew in from out of town and only had a few days to look at homes. On day two, the last place we viewed was perfect. Nathaniel helped me and my husband (who was not in town) make a bid, get the home inspected, get contractors onsite to give bids so we could negotiate the price, and negotiate the price. Due to a pre-planned holiday vacation, we needed to complete the entire process and purchase quickly. Nathaniel's expertise and knowledge of the city, the home buying process, and the contractors all enabled this home purchase come together in two weeks! We were even out of town for the actual closing and everything went incredibly smoothly. We are so grateful to have met Nathaniel and highly recommend him. Review In April, 2022, I began to search in earnest for real estate in Las Cruces. I found Nathaniel online. He seemed very knowledgeable about Las Cruces (having grown up here) and well versed in the inner workings of the real estate market. It was absolutely the right decision. I was coming from out of town and knew very little about Las Cruces. Nathaniel expertly guided me and paid close attention to my real estate wish list. We toured homes with the help of FaceTime and for one weekend, in person. Since it was a competitive time in the market, it took a few tries to land the contract, but, once we did, he was very quick in taking care of the transaction process. He was truly my representative in the very best ways. Now that the transaction is complete, he has offered much advice and given excellent referrals for work on the house. They have all done an outstanding job. Not only is Nathaniel a very competent and enthusiastic real estate agent, he is also wam and listens well. You will be very happy working with Nathaniel!
