George listened to me and what I thought I wanted and we visited numerous homes. I was out of town at one point, and found one online and he went and took a video of it for me and sent it to me and asked the agent to please wait on bids until I got back in town the next day to visit it personally. I got the house, on the lake, exactly like I wanted with NOTHING I needed to do before I moved in....then Nathan took over and helped me sell my home in less than a day. He guided me through the process and set things up very quickly. They both were incredibly trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to serve my needs and desires. I can't say anything but good things about them. 4 years later I still am praising them for walking me through these two stressful transactions with little stress to me!
