He was patient with me, showing me the comps, answering my questions. When it was finally time to sell my house, I just had to make one phone call and that was to Nathan. Nathan was very receptive to my wishes. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. Any issues that popped up, he worked with me to fix it. He went above and beyond my expectations. ZillowVERIFIED After Nathan showed me several homes in a fast-moving market, I realized I wasn?t up to making such a quick decision in order to buy a house. My focus switched to new construction where negotiation is not part of the process. Nathan took me to different subdivisions where I met various builders. He stepped back and allowed the builders to speak for themselves where they either rose to the occasion or showed their skepticism with respect to an older, single, woman (widow) building a new home in a new-to-her area. Thanks Nate - I love my new house and my new neighborhood and I?m looking forward to all that the Rochester area has to offer!

ZillowVERIFIED Nathan is a very professional & honest guy. I contracted with him with two homes, 1 in Brighton & 1 in the city of Rochester. He was on top of everything during the process of both homes. The one in Brighton, sold in 3weeks & the closing went well also. The one in the city, sold to the first person that looked at it, & gave me 5000$ more than what I was asking. We closed within 45 days. The one thing I liked the most, out of many, that Nathan did for me is answer all my phone calls, or call me back within that hour, unless in a meeting or out of town. But I always got a response within that day. This was the reason why I hired Nathan, ..... because he does call back & he knows how to COMUICATE! ZillowVERIFIED Nathan was very helpful and responsive by e-mail, text, and phone. We were able to find a home we love quickly and put in an offer the next day. The process went smoothly and he made sure we got a good deal. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and he clearly and patiently explained everything and made sure we felt comfortable at every step in the process. Our rental lease was ending and when our landlord found out we were looking at homes he said we had to move out at the end of the next month, so we needed to move in before the original closing date. Since the seller was willing, Nathan helped push the sale forward so we could move in before our move out date. We were able to close on our home less than 2 months after our first meeting with Nathan! He connected us with an experienced mortgage officer and attorney and kept in touch with us throughout the closing process. During our final walk through there was an issue that the seller hadn't fixed yet and he made sure they fixed it immediately so we still closed on time. Even after we moved in, he kept in touch, answered some questions we had, and even gave us a pie for Thanksgiving! Nathan is a great realtor and a great guy, he is open and honest and has a very high standard for all he does. We would recommend Nathan without hesitation to anyone looking for a realtor!
