ZillowVERIFIEDSimply put Nathan is fantastic. I knew about him from a good friend who's now contracted with Nathan multiple times. He knows everything, negotiates very well and will literally help with anything even things you wouldn't think is the realtor's job. He stays involved up to the moment the title company closes the deal. I recommend him with full confidence to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Nathan Torgerson & his team were stellar. They helped us in countless ways, including submitting offers on FOUR SEPARATE properties - the market here is so hot, homes sell fast! Nathan helped us navigate a difficult transition from FL to TN. Seriously, we could not have done it without him & his team. Nathan has incredible negotiation skills!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I sold our first home a few weeks ago . We had never worked with a realtor before . I could not imagine a smoother transaction!! Once the listing for our home was live , the house was under contract in less than 24 hours . Each member of Nathan's team was incredibly professional and helpful. The photographer did a phenomenal job showcasing our home ! Lauren and Nathan ensured we were aware what was required of us and what each step in the process entailed . I would highly recommend the Torgerson Team !!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were first-time home buyers that got to work with Jordan Cook as our realtor. We have nothing but praise for Jordan. Even in this crazy market, Jordan found us a house and helped us beat higher bidders using his creativity and know-how. The folks on the Torgerson team were also total pros. We're referring all our friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED We were moving from out of state and Nathan Torgersen worked with us to find not a property but the right property. We had three accepted offers not work out, but he stayed diligent and was on top of the ball calling the appropriate offices to find out the things we needed to know. Over all, 5 out of 5 stars! Would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED The Torgerson Team has been great to us within the past two years. We worked with them to buy our first home remotely which went so well, and now with selling that same home. We would not hesitate to work with them again or recommend them in the future! Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Jordan was our agent when we were searching for a home and/or property. Since we are from out-of-state, there were several times he went out to walk a property we had seen online to see if it was right for us. He was always available to help with the search or just check out a property. He helped us find the perfect piece of property to build our dream home! Thanks Jordan and the Torgerson team for helping us find the best place for us!

ZillowVERIFIED What a pleasure working with Jordan and the Torgerson team! My wife and I recently closed on a home from out of state, and Jordan quickly earned our trust as our person on the ground. From facilitating Zoom home tours to successfully guiding us to closing on a home with new construction in progress to continued support post-closing as we prepared for our move, Jordan and the team communicated consistently, represented us well, and helped us close on a home that lived up to everything we were looking for. We definitely recommend working with Jordan!

ZillowVERIFIED The Torgerson team was amazing and so helpful. Jordan immediately knew the answer to every one of our questions and he was always prompt, professional, friendly, and incredibly hard working. He even answered our texts on his birthday, the day he got engaged AND on his vacation! His negotiation skills were also top notch and he predicted deals and appraisals with impressive accuracy. He is diplomatic and knowledgeable and a great person to have helping you during the house buying process! If he ever wasn t available to show us a house, Anna was also super friendly, on time, and a great listener. She knew how to ask just the right questions to help us figure out if a house would really work for us. Once we were under contract, all of Jordan s contacts were always well priced, professional and did great work as well. And Lauren s emails helped us get to closing with zero problems and all our questions answered! This team could not be more highly recommended by me!

Selling our first house was nerve-racking enough, but stack a pandemic on top of it and we thought we were screwed. Nope! The Torgerson Team powered through and sold our house despite having to hurtle obstacles again and again. Well be a return customer for sure!

ZillowVERIFIED From the first time I contacted Nathan through closing on our new house, the entire team was perfectly responsive and always helpful. We worked primarily with Jordan, Anna, and Lauren. Jordans expertise and advice helped us navigate the process as smoothly as possible. In addition, he worked with our loan officer to make sure everything was in order on the financing side. ZillowVERIFIED Nathan and his team are a great partner in selling real estate. They are professional, keep you in the loop during the process and my rental property had a contract in 2 days and we closed within 3 weeks. During the process Nathan assisted in getting contractors to review the property after the inspection report to make sure we were closed on time and the buyers inspector concerns were valid. I highly recommend Nathan.

ZillowVERIFIED The Torgerson team was excellent. First, they were very patient. We had not owned a home in 21 years and they walked us through this process in a way I felt very comfortable. They were always quick to answer questions. Jordan even met us on a Sunday afternoon at a house and spent the afternoon writing up the offer. Second, they really know their business! Small home or large estate, I would use Torgerson team. Third, the entire process, from making an offer to being handed the keys, was handled professionally and smoothly. Last, they made me feel like a friend and not a customer.
