He was available at all times of the day, day or night, and even over holidays and while in entirely different states. He made sure that I was aware of new information or updates as they came, and he even shared the bad news; he never sugar coated anything and allowed me to make the final decision while providing his professional guidance and advice. We had just completed renovating our current home but with a new baby having just arrived space was getting a little tight. We were comfortable where we were at but wanted to find our forever home. We had several tough to find features that were must haves for us. Nathan was watching for new listings and working with other agents to see what may be coming on the market soon. I didn't keep exact count but I think by the time we made an offer I think we were the FIRST ones to look at close to a half dozen homes. The home we purchased is perfect for us and we couldn't be happier.We also worked with Nathan on the sale of our previous home. We ended up in a multiple offer situation within a day of listing the home.Nathan worked for us to make sure that closing dates were favorable so that we could get moved in to our new home while still staying at our old home to make the move less stressful.There were a couple hickups throughout the process, not by Nathans fault at all. But Nathan made the effort to make sure that the hickups were settled and kept the process moving.We couldn't be happier with how the entire process went.
