With 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have honed my skills and expertise to become your go-to REALTOR(R) for all your property needs. Whether you're a buyer, seller, investor or looking to relocate, I am dedicated to providing top-notch service with a personal touch. My extensive qualifications include the following designations; ABR(R), SRS(R), RENE(R), SRES(R), GREEN, PSA, and C2EX, ensuring that I am well-equipped to handle any real estate challenge that comes my way. Growing up in a military family, I experienced the unique challenges and rewards of relocating frequently. This background instilled in me a deep understanding of the complexities involved in moving and finding a place to call home. Eventually, my family settled in Central Massachusetts, a place where we have deep roots. I attended the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, where I earned a Bachelor of Science with a focus on pre-med studies. Though I initially pursued a path in medicine, my passion for helping people and my love for real estate led me to a fulfilling career as a REALTOR(R). I was also raised in a family dedicated to public service, with many generations serving as volunteer firefighters and many roles within the town. This legacy of service inspired my own commitment to community involvement and public service. I have actively contributed to my community through various roles, from delivering meals on wheels to engaging in community action initiatives and government affairs. My dedication to public service is further evidenced by my previously held elected positions on the Board of Assessors and the Board of Health in my hometown, where I worked to improve the well-being of our residents. Before entering real estate, I gained valuable experience in the food service and hospitality industry. This background taught me the importance of excellent customer service and attention to detail, skills that have been instrumental in my real estate career. Whether managing a busy restaurant or ensuring guests had a memorable stay, I learned how to anticipate needs, handle complex situations with grace, and prioritize client satisfaction. As the 2024 Vice President of the REALTOR(R) Association of Central MA and a 2024 Director of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS(R), I am deeply committed to the real estate community. My peers have recognized my dedication and achievements, honoring me as the 2017 REALTOR(R) of the Year and nominating me for the same award in 2023 and 2022, reflecting my consistent excellence and client satisfaction. My track record as a top-producing agent speaks for itself. Since 2016, I have been a consistent Top Producing Agent with the REALTOR(R) Association of Central MA placing within top 5% of agents in the Association. Furthermore, I have maintained status as a top agent within my brokerages since 2014, showcasing my ability to lead and excel in a competitive market. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the restaurant scene in Worcester with friends or heading to The Garden or Fenway to catch a concert. I love spending time outdoors, whether hiking or walking the Northampton Rail Trail. One of my favorite indulgences is traveling to New Haven for a delicious slice of carrot cake, or taking a Sunday trip with coffee in hand to tour my favorite greenhouse in Killingly. I also cherish quiet weekends at home with my partner and our pups, working on house projects and simply enjoying each other's company. Real estate is not just my profession; it's my passion. My mission is to make you feel at home with your next move, offering trusted advice and protecting your confidentiality throughout the process. I strive to be your reliable source for all things real estate, and I hope we can share a few laughs along the way. Let's embark on this journey together and turn your real estate dreams into reality! Start your next move with Nate!

I dont usually write reviews for seller agents, but my experience so far with Nate Daniels was a disaster and very disappointing. From the day we made our offer, Nates communication was difficult. We were told he does not work after 7 p.m., and doesnt work on Weekends so we had to wait until 9 a.m. the next business day to get answers about a house he had just listed. That felt unusual and slowed everything down. He was also slow to answer simple questions and did not seem willing to help move things forward. Even though I didnt speak to him directly, the delays affected us a lot. On closing day, things got worse. We planned a final walkthrough before recording the sale because we traveled over 100 miles. When we arrived, the lockbox code had been changed without telling us. This caused a delay of about 30 minutes. In Massachusetts, changing a lockbox code without notifying the buyer or their agent can go against standard real estate practices and MLS rules. When we finally got inside, the house was not ready. Nothing had been cleared out, water had been shut off in the basement for months, and the toilets, sinks, and showers were not working. We spent another 30 minutes trying to figure things out. Later, we found out the final water reading with the city had not been completed, which caused more delays and forced us into last-minute negotiations for a holdback. While we were still resolving these issues, Nate said he was locking up the house again since the deal wasnt finished. He changed the locks right in front of us and and left, which made the situation even more stressful. For such big purchase, I expected courtesy. The sale was finally recorded 3 and half hours later. This could have been avoided with better communication and preparation from Nate.

Working with Nate has been an absolute dream! He was extremely patient with us and showed us a wide variety of homes. His commitment to his buyers is unlike any we've ever experienced; finding us exactly what we wanted well within our budget. Nate's expertise is unmatched; he was honest, extremely knowledgeable and made the entire home buying experience much less stressful and made it enjoyable. Anyone working with Nate should consider themselves extremely fortunate!!

Nate is an amazing realtor. He guided my husband and I through our first-time home buying process with patience, kindness, and a sense of humor which was much appreciated in such a stressful endeavor. He freely offered his knowledge of the industry, empowering us to make informed decisions. When we decided to move, we were sure to contact Nate, and he deftly guided us through the sale of our home and purchase of a new property in an uncertain market, going to bat for us with admirable negotiation skills. If we ever start thinking about moving again, he will be our first call!

Nathan Stewart helped me buy my first house and I couldnt imagine going through the process without him. Nathan is incredibly communicative and a complete pleasure to work with. He has limitless patience for the unending questions of a first time home buyer, extensive knowledge encompassing everything from regulations (including conservation land) to home improvement projects, and genuinely has a sense of wanting whats best for his clients. It took over a year to find the perfect house and at no point did I ever feel rushed or pressured or like I was being a nuisance for wanting to see questionable homes. With an all-around friendly and professional personality, 10/10 recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again in the future!

I would highly recommend Nathan Stewart to those looking for a realtor to purchase their next home. Home buying can be a very overwhelming experience, especially when you're doing it for the first time and doing it alone. Nathan was attentive, responsive, thorough, patient and very professional throughout the whole process. He was the epitome of what I would want a realtor to be and would highly recommend him!
