My son and I were looking for a townhouse in the Worcester area and had been looking for around 9 months. We had worked with a couple of other real estate agents, but it just wasn't working. There was something missing with each of them, whether it be people skills, response time, or just the general feeling that we weren't getting the help or attention we wanted and needed ... and then we met Nate. Luckily, I requested a showing on Zillow, and he called and said he'd show us the place that we were interested in, and the rest is history. He asked what we were looking for, and between Nate setting us up to receive new listings emailed as soon as they were posted and sending us listings that he thought we'd like and my sending some to him to try to set up showings, the very next weekend (because I couldn't go during the week because of work), he had set up a full weekend of showings. Where in 9 months we had no luck with the other agents, we ended up putting a deposit down on a place that Nate showed us in just a couple of weeks. He is very knowledgeable of the Worcester and surrounding areas. I felt completely comfortable that he was working for our best interests. His response time was immediate. Just everything about him was above and beyond what we had experienced prior. Once we decided on a place, the rest of his team got involved, helping at every stage of the purchase. Every question was answered; every problem was solved. We love our new place, and we couldn't be happier! If you are looking and in need of a real estate agent in the Worcester County area, you only need make one phone call ... and that is to Nate Riel. You will be very happy that you did!
