ZillowVERIFIEDI had been looking for houses for several months but couldn't buy one. This was the first time I worked with Nathan, and he helped me buy the house I wanted very smoothly. He is very responsible and a very nice person. Thank you very much!
ZillowVERIFIEDIf you are looking for professionalism combined with efficiency Nathan is the person you really need, he is a very professional person, with a wide knowledge of the market and he adapts and understands your needs, before his guidance in this process we were having a hard time understanding the market but thanks to him everything was easier and we were able to save 33K.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Nathan to find our first and dream home for a while now before officially pulling the trigger! Though the process was a bit confusing and intimidating for new buyers like us, he was extremely informative, punctual, and always over delivered even after we closed. In total, we saved about $33,000 working with Nathan like he guaranteed. We'd recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a phenomenal realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Nathan as a first-time home buyer was an extremely smooth and enjoyable process. Do not underestimate this incredible agent based off his age or newness to the field, this guy really does his homework! Nathan was very professional, patient, and responsive when guiding us during the tedious search and offering process of buying a home. Despite Nathan working with properties way outside of his usual area of expertise, he was still able to provide us with valuable insights and suggestions specially catered towards our investment goals. This agent showed us that he truly lives up to his name and brand, Nathan "the take care" agent, by going above and beyond our expectations of a real estate agent. Truly the home investor's best friend. My business partner and I are extremely satisfied with Nathan's unconditional service, and will definitely be going to Nathan for all of our future real estate transactions. 10/10 would recommend Nathan Nguyen, the take-care agent!

ZillowVERIFIEDIt has been a while since I bought another house. Nathan found the perfect little house for my parents, was able to help us close the deal without any issue. Everything processed in a timely manner, very professional and excellent communication
