ZillowVERIFIED Nate was a joy to work with. We live out of town and prior to our FL trip, he sent multiple daily emails to get a feel for what was important to us. He spent two full days with us and after we went back home, he continuously followed up to gauge our interest. When we decided to make an offer, his guidance and follow up went to a new level. He was our proxy for all inspections, our liaison with the HOA and closing agent and provided incredibly detailed follow up the entire way. He never pushed us in any direction, his knowledge of the market and area were very helpful, he was always available (7 days a week it seemed) and went the extra mile to get a great deal for us. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone interested in buying in FL.

Nathan came over suggested price and fixes to make the property sell. Property went on the market on Friday at noon and was under contract by Saturday. Nathan then assisted us, as we had moved out of state, with getting repairs done on the property. From start to finish took a month to sell and it was all due to Nathan Mather's! would highly recommend Nathan if you want the best price, but more importantly a true professional in the real estate market!

Nathan provided excellent service. He was detailed in every phase of managing the sale of our home. And he was always available while maintaining a busy schedule with other clients. At every stage when his presence was necessary at the property, he was there. After the buyer's inspection, Nathen was enormously helpful in arranging services in plumbing, electrical, roofing, sheet rock repair, cleaning to address smaller issues (this is of especial note considering the area had suffered considerable damage from hurricane Milton. Nathen always has solutions to problems when they arise and he held repair costs to a minimum. He is the model for profession and effective real estate sales. We are very pleased.

The experience with Nathan was excellent. I was handling the sale of my parents house in Florida from Michigan. I needed to find an agent who was willing to help us with a lot stress and extra work of an out of state sale. I met with three agents and found Nathen to be a perfect fit. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and has a great calming personality. He knew the area very well and suggested a realistic selling price.
