ZillowVERIFIEDAs first time homebuyers, my wife and I came into the process with a lot of unknowns and questions. With that being said, Nathan was the perfect real estate agent. He was knowledgeable about all aspects about the process, specifically home construction (what to look for, etc.) and neighborhoods. He gives you straight and honest answers which we very much appreciated. He is prompt and responsive throughout the whole process, we never felt like we were in the dark or out of the loop at any point. Being from out of town, the thought of buying a home from afar was daunting to say the least. However, we found ourselves closing on a beautiful home just over a month from when we began our search. Thats how Nathan works, he is efficient and methodical, and he simply gets things done. We dont plan on moving again any time soon but if we did we would certainly be buying a home with Nathan again.

Zillow designated this person to me. I couldn?t contact another realtor but this one. I wish I can give this person a negative rating. A piece of something!

Local knowledge: is a 5, because he grew up here, knew the areas I wanted to see, and knew the ones I didnt. Process Expertise: being my first time, I had no clue what I was doing, so no matter the question, big, small or just silly, he answered it and never made me feel bad about my lack of knowledge (thats what he is there for) He also gave me the choice of finding my own mortgage company, attorneys, home inspectors, etc... but he had SOLID recommendations for each, all of which I took, because I trusted him, and he was not wrong. Every single person who he connected us with was just as professional and made the process seamless and entirely stress free. TAKE HIS RECOMMENDATIONS. Youll be glad you did. Responsiveness: If I had a question and I texted him, he responded right away, the ONLY time/reason he wouldnt, is if he is with another previously scheduled appointment for a different client, which he would tell us about in advance, because when he is with you, YOU are his only focus at that time, which makes you feel very safe. I never felt like a number or just another sale. Negotiation Skills: one of the first conversations we had he mentioned when it came down to it, this is one of his favorite aspects of the home buying process Going to war for his clients. He knows what the right price is for the properties, and he knows what he can get that is the most fair to his clients. In my situation my wife came in with a number and he was honest that it may be too low, but he was willing to do whatever we requested, he recommended a certain price to start with and that we can get them to agree on a middle point (I agreed, my wife didnt.. lol) so we went with the first and as expected, got rejected, we then followed his advised and it played out just as we had planned! he REALLY knows his stuff. THANK YOU NATHAN, you made my first home buying experience something really special.

ZillowVERIFIEDVery good agent, negotiated with seller for all my request, even something I didnt notice. Since the inspection is done in winter, AC is not able to be checked, he asked seller to put 5000 in escrow account in case we need to repair or replace, until we are sure AC is totally work.
