When my wife and I first met with Nate we discussed the things that were important to us and what our expectations were (communication, communication, communication). We did not want a repeat of our last experience. Nate and the team listened and provided assurances that this experience would be very different than our last experience. And it was. From the moment we agreed to work with Nate and his team, we felt as though we were part of the family. They were awesome about keeping us updated on their activity, interest in our home, and the proper market value of our home. Nate came over the same evening and spoke honestly about our expectations and we settled on a price to sell our home. Nate sold the house on the very day it went on the market with an above price offer! We also asked him to find us a home in our dream location which we found and closed on yesterday! Both Nate and his assistant Kristine were extremely helpful and responded to any issues very quickly and made the whole experience of selling and buying a home at the same time as painless as it could be. If most Realtors charge the same fees for selling your home my question would be why would you want to use anyone else other than Nate Martinez? It would be like picking a Kia over a Ferrari!
