He was always on time to meetings at the respective houses and paperwork was prepared fully and in the background so that nothing was left to chance. An example of this was during the inspection period when selling the house, he noticed that the 14 days had passed. He reminded the buyer's agent that changes made after the period would not take place. Overall, Nathan made it easy for us from start to finish on both the seller and buyer side. Nathan was extremely helpful in providing guidance on where to spend our money to prepare the home for market, list price options, housing market trends and market comps. Because this was our only home sale and we had owned the home for nearly 25 years, we relied on Nathan's experience and honesty from the beginning through the sale. The home was put on the market on June 18 and we accepted an offer within 48 hours for 8 percent over the list price.The closing was the end of July 2021 and the entire process from market to closing couldn't have gone more smoothly.
