ZillowVERIFIED If I could give Erica King 10 Stars out of 5, I would. No Realtor that I have worked with has taken so much time to help me & my mother in our home purchase. When my grandfather died during our purchase, she went out of her way to help us emotionally which is not a part of her job description and took all the pressure and stress out of the transaction. I high recommend our family Realtor Erica King for all of your Residential Home Purchase/Sale needs!!

ZillowVERIFIED We have been looking for a house for over a year. Within the last 8 months we had being going to newer homes to purchase and literally turned down for some really dumb reasons.(My Significant Other Lived in SD) so they had a really hard time with that. Anyway, after two rejections due to the living situations we decided to look for a place already established. I came across a home and called the sellers reality company. They had someone call us to meet them at the home. This home had been on the market a while. This is when we Nathan came into our lives. Very professional, courteous person who was already on it regarding COVID-19 before the rules came out about gloves and masks. He opened the home and walked me and my daughter though and treated us with great respect. Answered all my questions. I knew at the minute I walked into the home it was the house I wanted. After reviewing the home we gave Nathan a background of our situation and we scheduled another visit with the S.O. For the weekend coming up. Nathan met us with the same welcome and courtesy that he had before. Was not pushy or demanding and involved himself in our situation with the long distant purchasing. Once we decided this house was what we wanted Nathan moved on it. He made sure we had the right people and the right loan assistance. He has a fabulous assistant Carl who was also amazing. He gave us time frames and stayed on top of everything. Nathan is a busy guy but we always felt like we were his only clients. Two months to the day Of opening escrow the house was ours. It was stressful but Nathan kept his cool and never made us feel like we were a lost cause. My S.O. Is extremely happy as am I and so happy that Nathan was our biggest supporter on obtaining our home. I recommend him to everyone. In fact my son is purchasing a home through him as well and looks like he will be getting a fantastic deal as well. Thank you Nathan your the best!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Nathan King! He and his team made it such an awesome experience in buying our very FIRST home! From communication to negotiations he was always working for US (the buyer) but most importantly, he never put us on the back burner! If we had questions ( I had a lot) he responded to a text or called right away never played phone tag or gone more than 24 hrs without a response! He was on it! Let's put it this way... we met with Nathan on a Saturday, put in an offer sunday and was signing papers by Tuesday and as crazy as it sounds, we were never rushed ...things just flowed! Thank you Nathan!! -The Leon Family

ZillowVERIFIED We are extremely pleased to have Nathan as our agent. We had a horrible experience with another agent. Had to let him go, and Nathan was on point with his local ties to the Fresno valley. He found and showed us many homes in a matter of a weekend. He worked his magic during this Covid 19 pandemic and we were able to find our home. His drive and go get it attitude showed in his work and professionalism. He is the KING of realtors and we would highly recommend him and his team. They were awesome and a pleasure to work with. He got us what we wanted and more from the seller. We couldn't be happier with our selection of an agent. Thanks Nathan so much. We appreciate you and your efforts.

ZillowVERIFIED We couldnt have asked for a better realtor. Nathan first contacted us while we were still living in Ohio, and maintained that line of communication until we arrived in Cali and were ready to purchase. In context we had about 5 Relators reach out to us while in Ohio, Nathan was the only one that continued to send us homes and offer advice. During the escrow process any issue were resolved personally by Nathan in a timely matter. I really cant say enough about his expertises and professionalism. If your in the area Nathan services you must contact Nathan King.

ZillowVERIFIED Whether youre in the market to buy or sell theres no need to look further than Nathan King. My home went up for sale during the start of this Coronavirus scare and I was a bit worried if Id even make the sale for the amount I wanted. Nathan made it happen. I sold the home over the listing price and was informed every step of the way in regards to delays or issues. If you need an agent with a solid track record a willingness to make things happen in a timely and professional manner give Nathan a call.

He is quick to understand what a buyer is looking for and if asked, gives honest opinions. Nathan is very knowledgeable about real estate and is able to answer questions directly and honestly. ZillowVERIFIED Nathan and Erica are AMAZING realtors. You cannot find more knowledgeable and quality realtors in the Fresno County area. Whether you're selling your home or buying a new one, I highly recommend reaching out to Nathan or Erica. Listen, I don't write reviews... it's just not my style. However, I took the time to write this one because of the amazing experience my wife and I had purchasing our home.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Nathan on Zillow & asked him if I could view a property. In one hour, Nathan met me at the condo, had access inside, and had 4 other comparable properties to visit that evening. Nathan is patient, honest, was attentive to my needs and questions, and helped me thru the entire process. I dealt w a few realtors prior to Nathan and they were average at best. I purchased a lower priced condo and I thought Id be lower on the priority list. That just wasnt the case. Nathan treated me really well and always answered my questions in a timely manner, I highly recommend Nathan King if you want to buy or sell a property.

ZillowVERIFIED My work schedule is tight and changes. Nathan was able to work around my schedule to view homes when I was available. His knowledge on homes helped us pick the right house for us and our budget. When we were first I introduced to Nathan, over 2 years ago, our initial loan was approved. He kept in contact with me through the two years to update me on affordable homes that are on the market until we were finally approved. His professionalism and attention to detail made it easy for me and my wife to make the best choice for our first home.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a crazy situation. Mom was living out of state and wanted to move back to the valley. We were looking for property with land and 2 homes to accommodate us. Not an easy find. Nathan listened to what we were looking for and did not waste our time showing us inappropriate places. Worked the showings around our busy schedule and kept Mom in the loop via phone calls and e-mail. It took a few months to find the perfect place, but he did it. Walked us through the whole process. Couldn't be happier. Awesome job!!! We are so thankful and appreciative of his efforts. Thanks Nathan!
