ZillowVERIFIEDNathan Grabau was an incredible real estate agent for me as a first-time home buyer. I was unsure what was important in the process of buying a home, but Nathan guided me with sincerity and integrity to get me into the best home imaginable. When it came to negotiations, his ability to get what I wanted and more was incredible. He saved me thousands of dollars upfront by being firm and having an understanding of how the industry works. Made everything an incredible experience, and I would highly recommend that if you are buying or selling a house, reach out to Nathan; he will truly fight for you to have the best possible outcome.
ZillowVERIFIEDNathan was so helpful during the entire buying process. He made sure we found exactly what we were looking for, and answered all of my questions. So grateful we had someone like him to help us through this process!
ZillowVERIFIEDNathan is an absolute All Star to work with. When My Wife and I found the home we wanted we immediately called him to setup a walkthrough. He met us that evening after normal hours to accommodate our work schedule. We loved the house and he worked hard to get the papers ready for an offer first thing in the morning. He was Attentive to every detail and was so understanding when it came to all of our questions and concerns. He was so knowledgable about literally all things involved and helped us on what to expect as we went through the process. It was so comforting to work with someone who knows about the market, the loan process, documents, closing, what to look for and when, nogotiations with the seller, and just aligning expectations on a daily basis. Not a Day went by that we didn't know what was happening or what to expect. He helped us find an amazing Lender and even a thorough, incredible Home inspector as well. The entire Experience went so Smooth and he walked us through everything with great communication, every step of the way. Nathan is #1 in our Book and My Wife and I would Recommend him to anyone looking for An Honest, Knowledgable, Hard Working Real Estate Agent.
