I have been looking at houses and making my own appointments (which is a nightmare) when I called Nathan about one of his listings that I would like to see. In less than 20 minutes he found homes that I might be interested in that I had no clue was even listed! I spoke to him at four of on a Thursday, he had five appointments for viewing lined up at 10 am Friday. While we were looking, I got an alert to a new listing. I asked Nathan about it and by noon we were looking at it and by 6th we were negotiating and offer. He also set me up with a mortgage broker, Robert Sibley at Cobalt, that had us through the approval process in less than two hours and took the time to answer all of my questions and help me to better understand the mortgage process.Nathan also answers all of my questions in a way that I can understand and relate to, he's very quick to get answers and information to me and he is fluid with working around schedules and time frames. We initially rented a townhouse in Shreveport but were quickly getting the itch to start looking to buy another home. The first time I called Nathan about a property I was interested in looking at, he set up the appointment and drove out to me within the hour!
