After not receiving any written offers, we decided to list with Nate. He took amazingly beautiful drone footage of our lot, put together a fantastic marketing campaign and continuously beat the bushes to find qualified buyers for our lot. It took me almost a year to make up my mind and Nate was very patient with my need to take time and find the best property for my needs.
