But unfortunately when we tried to purchase a HUD home that was listed in our town, Nate was not helpful as he had never done a HUD transaction and ended up costing us hundreds of dollars in fees, and inspections to ultimately find out the house was a unsafe property to buy. Nate's follow up was terrible and frankly, I would not recommend him to anyone I know, he needs to go back and study more Real estate processes and guidelines before he is able to call himself a good agent. Worst agent we have ever met!
