    I was referred to this group by another realtor. I was impressed with the professionalism and thorough behavior with every member of their staff as well as any contractors that they brought in to serve as part of this process.     We found Jennifer after getting not getting anywhere with 2 previous agents. She was our eyes and boots on the ground as we were living on the East Coast and trying to find a home in Phoenix. She is extremely knowledgeable of the different neighborhoods and helped us focus on those that best fit our preference. Jennifer is a skilled negotiator and a real go-getter with suggesting houses and looking at houses we would find online ASAP. She was already available to answer any concerns we had, talk us down from the ledge and provide us with good advice about making a solid offer in such a turbulent and competitive market.
