We met in March 2016 and after our first meeting I knew he was the realtor for us. I received many phone calls but Nate's was the one call I didn't let go to voicemail. It was serendipitous really. He came to our house a few days later to discuss the listing of the home and purchasing another. He was extremely knowledgeable on the market, on pricing, on staging, etc, etc. He gave us some pointers about little things that could be done to spruce up the place. We followed his instructions to a T. We did some minor repairs, switched a few doorknobs, updated the light plates and changed walls to a neutral color. After this was complete.....life happened. The financing on our new home was not going as planned. We also found out we were (surprise!) expecting our third child. But Nate was with us through it all! He was so patient with us and never made us feel like we were wasting his time. He reassured us that the decisions we were making and the timing of everything was all going to work out for the positive. We put the selling on hold for a few months and then picked it up in mid-August. We listed our home on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. IT SOLD ON TUESDAY!!! That's 5 days!!! 5 days on the market and we had multiple offers. The final agreed upon sales price was ABOVE the listing price. I was blown away! It was priced appropriately, the marketing was stunning and the house was fixed up just as he had instructed. If that's not evidence he knows what he's doing...I don't know what is. We closed on the home at the end of October. Purchasing our new home was a trip as well! It's a long story, you'll have to ask Nate. Long story short though....it all worked out because of Nate. Nate negotiated for us, smoothed over issues that came up and thought of new avenues to approach. He even negotiated the price for us while he was out to dinner with his family! It was a bumpy couple of days leading up to the actual closing and I couldn't imagine another realtor going to bat for us like Nate did. We are in our dream home because of Nate. I walk into our new house every evening after work and I have to pinch myself. I still can't believe its mine.Nate is so patient. He is hardworking and generous of his time. He is knowledgeable.
