ZillowVERIFIEDDue to the sudden loss of a family member, I was left with a house in Austin and a house in New Braunfels. I interviewed several real estate agents. I felt Nate's approach best suited my needs and his knowledge of the real estate markets in Austin and New Braunfels allowed for both houses to get sold in very short periods at near listed values. Both houses presented challenges and Nate was able to provide contacts for cleaning, renovations, and HVAC services that were professional and responsive to getting repairs and renovations done quickly. Not living in Texas was a problem and Nate took a personal interest in making sure work got done and was responsive to my calls and texts. I can't thank Nate enough for his help. I would highly recommend Nate Clark if you are looking for a real estate professional.

My wife had recently passed away and I had decided to sell my house and move on. I had previously listed my home for 6 months with another agent and was very disappointed with the service I received. When I found Nate it was like night and day from my previous experience. From the first time we met he laid out a plan to sell my house with a professionalism that I did not get with the first agent. He communicated with me frequently and was always prompt to respond when I wanted to talk. He sold my house and led me through the whole process with enthusiasm and honestly. I would recommend Nate to anyone who is trying to sell a house. Right from the beginning he demonstrated a true professional knowledge of technology associated with being an agent that I painfully learned not all agents possess.
