ZillowVERIFIEDWhere do I even begin, the Nate Butcher group not only has a great team, but awesome team members that know their real estate. One particular person I want to call out is Kristina Waldman. To give a little back story, my family and I went into this initial process a little lost and to be honest, had little knowledge of how to begin selling and buying a property. We had initially talked to other small and large real estate agents and everyone sounded cold, pretentious, and just wanted our business. However, when I spoke with Kristina off-hand back in March, in the first 20 minutes, it felt like a was talking to an old friend. She knew her stuff, she broke everything down into simple terms and my family gave her a goal. Can we sell our house and buy one all within a time frame before my sons 11st birthday in August? She said, yes, I can make it happen. So fast forward May, when we were prepping our house to put on the market, Kristina went above and beyond and helped even with the finding companies to de-clutter, called movers, even helped packed some of my familys things in boxes. We listed our house on June 1st, had our first and only open house and we have not just one but multiple offers! The easier part was accepting who would be the best fit to buy our home. The more challenging part came with looking for our next and future home. Week over week, all of June was spent driving all over the valley to find what we were looking for. It wasnt easy, with traffic, certain time frames due to my work schedules but Kristina was there, always with such a positive attitude to view houses and find the right fit. Eventually we found one, when we were down the last week, it seemed fitting it would happen that way! We found our forever home by end of June. We opened and closed escrow simultaneously. Even with all the paperwork, on both sides of the transactions Kristina would even come and meet my family and I to get signatures, talk about next steps, even would answer my moms long and lengthy questions which wasnt easy if anyone knows my mom. Shes a tough cookie to crack! Within 4 weeks, we sold our house on July 21st. We bought a house and closed on July 28th. 4 days before my sons birthday. Our goal of making this happen. Happened. Kristina made this happen. She turned our goals into realities with her determination, her confidence but most importantly giving us her trust. She made the whole process as straightforward and stress free as possible. She stood with us in the beginning and got us through to the end. From the bottom of my heart and my familys thank you for the dedication and hard work into making our dreams come true. You truly are one of a kind.

We were referred to the Nate Butcher Group by our mortgage company and boy am I glad we found them. Working with Julie was such a great experience and and I hope that anyone who works with the Nate Butcher group, gets to work with Julie. She was very friendly, personable and communicative with us. We are first time home buyers so there was a lot of things we didn't know, and Julie was always so great at helping us understand everything. She worked with us through the whole process and was available anytime we reached out to her. I'm sure she had other clients at the same time as us but it felt like we were the only people she was working with. We had previously tried to go through Redfin when looking for a place, and that didn't work out. We also ran into a few other realtors along the way who just felt schmoozy and that they weren't on our side. Julie felt like a real person lol. I know that sounds weird to say but never once did it feel like she was doing this just to get a sale, you can tell she truly cared and wanted what was best for us. And damn does she know this business! Not only was she super personable, but she really knows what the heck she is doing. If an issue were to arise, she always stayed calm, cool and collective. Thank you Julie for being so amazing and helping us through this whole process. You came in as our realtor, and left our friend. Expect an invite to the house warming party soon! If you decide to use the Nate Butcher group to help you buy or sell a home, I highly recommend you ask if you can have Julie Santana as your realtor. You will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED I have no agent, and Nate would have been my agent if it were not for his behavior... Nate post a listing 28214 Guilford Ln in Santa Clarita with specific instructions that no showings will be allowed prior to the open house on Sun 06/04. Yet he showed the property to oithers and took an offer if he would cancel the open house. Syndicated updates to sites like Zillow were still showing active at time of open house hours. Given that he set the rules of no showing prior to the open house and he went against his own rules, this could be considered an ethics violation. Say what you are go to do and do what you say. When I arrived and there was no open house, I phoned him and found he was rude and made it my fault for not checking the MLS. Not being a real estate agent, I don't have access to the real-time MLS. Syndicated Zillow was still showing as active for sale when I drove 50 miles to see the property. Sad. Beware.

ZillowVERIFIED After being in our house for 22 years, we were not sure who to list our house with. After searching multiple real estate agencies, we quickly realized there is no shortage of agents in the Santa Clarita Valley. Luckily, we had a referral from a neighbor who we trusted. When we invited Nate over for a casual interview, he came prepared. He provided the current comps for the area along with both past and current listings in the neighborhood. When we told him our time table, he suggested waiting a month or so. Inventory was low and he expected it to remain that way for another month. And we are glad we did as our listing price went up $20,000. After the month went by, he dropped off another package that included updated information regarding the housing market in our area. Not once during that month did he bother us trying to pursued us to list our house earlier than we wanted. He respected our privacy and our wishes. We knew at that time Nate was the realtor for us. When we called him and told him we were ready, he set up a date for the open house. This is when we realized it pays to deal with someone who is well established and has ties to the area. By the time the date for the open house arrived, we had several offers at or above our asking price. We could not have asked for a better business relationship than the one we had with Nate and his team. Nate was honest, respectful and most of all, truly put our needs above everything else.

He treats you like family, by always responding to calls, texts and emails. He is also extremely patient with us. We have certain criteria when looking for a home, neighborhood and budget.
