About Natasha Pierce
I'm Natasha Pierce, a Broker Associate with JLA Realty and a Galveston real estate agent who specializes in vacation rentals, second homes, and beach properties on Galveston Island.
I live and work on the island, and I've lived on all sides of it. My real estate story started in 2014, when I moved out of my own home near the beach and turned it into a vacation rental. Soon I was managing my neighbors' rentals too. After many years of owning and operating vacation rentals, I know firsthand what makes a Galveston property work as a getaway, an investment, or a place to call home.
Now in my 7th year as a licensed agent, I help buyers and sellers across Galveston, including the West End, East End, Midtown, and Jamaica Beach, along with the surrounding Galveston County communities.

I use a step by step plan from pre-listing to close, so you always know what is happening next and can skip the stress.
All kinds, and that is my favorite part! First time buyers, growing families, downsizers, second home and vacation home dreamers, investors chasing a great rental, sellers, landlords and tenants. I work across Galveston, La Marque, Port Bolivar, Pearland and the surrounding coastal communities. Many of my clients buy from out of town, so I am a pro at being your eyes, ears and boots on the sand.
One of my all time favorites was with a repeat client who is an interior designer and a rehabber. I helped her buy a 1900s Galveston home that needed a whole lot of love, and she saw the magic in it from day one! The negotiation was a tough one, but I stayed persistent and we locked in a killer price for her. She was selected for HGTV’s Beachfront Bargain Hunt: Renovation, so I got a front row seat to the entire transformation. Watching her bring that home back to life and put her personal stamp on every room was incredible. When it was time to sell, it went for exactly the price I recommended we list it at, making it a fantastic flip for her. From the first showing to the final closing, I was with her every step of the way. That is my kind of success story!
It started with a love of this island! I owned and operated vacation rentals in Galveston for many years and have lived on all sides of the island.
