We met Natasha thru a relative. She helped us in locating and closing on two 1031 exchanges simultaneously. There were multiple sellers and complicated title issues and Natasha was able to stay on top of all the individuals to insure that everything moved forward within the strict guidelines of the IRS. Both properties closed, on time, with very little involvement on our part. Our exchange agent commented that it was one of the smoothest transactions he had encountered. She went above and beyond to help me out. Was very accommodating to my busy schedule and even dropped her plans multiple times to work with mine. Natasha helped us purchase our forever home in Kentucky on a VA loan. She was very flexible on showing times even when we asked her to drive a while to get there. Our car actually broke down during scheduled showings and she took us to the showing and then back to our car and offered to take us home but we didnt need it. All that to say she went above and beyond go the extra mile (pun intended) to help her buyers out. She was totally accessable at all times and very responsive to our questions/needs. My name is Steve Vinson. I was looking to get a bigger home in a better location. When my home came to me for the first time, I passed it up. When it came to me through Natasha Holcomb for the second time, it passed me up moments before I was able to schedule a viewing. A couple of weeks later, Natasha called and told me the financing fell through for the previous buyers, and she immediately scheduled a viewing for me. I got to the property and fell instantly in love. There was a green light on the porch (green lights support our troops) and once I found the closet door off the dining room that opened to the secret stair, I was sold!!! Natasha helped me get out from under the current property, which was a mess involving an ex-wife; something I wouldn?t wish on my worst enemy.
