It was a pleasure working with Tasha buying a home in SoCal. We were very particular in the home we were looking for (VA assumable loan, specifically), and it proved challenging for the area we wanted to live in. But with her help, we were able to get ahead of the notorious VA assuming process, even closing in less than 40 days! Tasha really knew what she was doing -- from both the VA and real estate sides. She made sure to push aggressively when our case needed to be moved on, she communicated clearly and swiftly, and she took the time to explain every detail to us along the way. Tasha and David were great to work with throughout the sale of our home in Camarillo. We had a loan assumption, which we were originally told could take around 60 days, and they helped get the entire process completed in less than a month. We just purchased a home in Palm Coast, FL with the help of the Gwilt Team. Jonathan Villafuerte was our point person for everything, and was wonderful. We moved from MD, so he arranged multiple virtual video tours of houses we were interested in, as well as helped us find a home inspector and an unpacking service for our move, among other things.
