I originally met Natasha Duvall in 2000 when we purchased a Whitefish Bay, WI home. Then my wife and I chose her to represent us when we sold that home to move to New England. We recently returned to Southeastern Wisconsin and worked with Tasha to purchase our Fox Point, WI home. Tasha was the only realtor we considered. I would send a list of homes to Tasha for viewing, sometimes with rather short notice, and she would line them up for viewing, add homes we hadn't found and chauffeur me around to look at them. Occasionally we would walk into a house & I'd sense there was no way that I could be interested in the house, say as much to Tasha and she'd lead me right out of that house - she didn't want to waste my time. And she never complained about it or tried to talk me into something. When we made an offer on the house we ultimately moved into, I had some difficulties with the sellers. Working with Tasha minimizes that stress because she is honest, a hard worker, knowledgeable and professional. If I had to describe Tasha as a realtor in two words I would say "poised and polished."
