ZillowVERIFIED We consulted Natalya about selling our house and then we listed with her.Natalya did a fantastic job for a low flat fee - we really got our moneys worth and thoroughly recommend that you give very serious consideration to using Flat Rate LA Real Estate to list your property. Natalya spent a lot of time giving us information on how to prepare the house for listing, showing, and inspection. She followed up promptly to emails and was always available by phone. We were referred to Natalya by a friend in our neighborhood, and also by our neighbors in the same street that listed & sold with her. We only paid 2% to the selling agent instead of the usual 5%-6% (2.5%-3% to the listing agent and 2.5%-3% to the selling agent). This saved us over $24,000 and, our house was sold within 14 days! Some Realtors we consulted warned us to stay away from this type of listing .Really - this was so petty & unbelievable, and based on everything else we heard we just went ahead and very happy we did - Great service, great photos, great Realtor! I dont normally gush and seldom ever write reviews, but this was such a refreshing approach to a normal Realtor/transaction who lists a house, walk away, and get 3% for doing virtually nothing! I used Zillow for my housing search and many of the properties I identified were only on the market for a few days, or hours, before having an offer accepted. I used several other agents, and they just could not keep up. Missing out on property after property had me ready to give up, but luckily I called Natalya. Natalya was wonderful, she called about 10 properties in an hour on one occasion for me, and would always let me make the decision about what to do next. Natalyas responsiveness is amazing. She took us out to look at a few homes and we decided to put an offer on one of the houses we looked at. Natalya helped us price our offer competitively and we ended up being in the final running for the house. One thing that really impressed us with Natalya was her price confidence ended up being key to getting our offer accepted. I know that if we had any other real estate agent we likely wouldnt have gotten the house. Natalya provided excellent service. It s not like other companies that take messages and pass on. She has full transparency and she is efficient to tackle every query. She also use E-Sign to get documents signed, which is very convenient and avoids the hassle of printing/scanning, etc. and makes the process a lot quicker. The photos her photographer took were fantastic and really helped our home shine on Zillow and the MLS. She went to bat for us and fought to get us the best deal possible during the negotiations and inspection processes. Unfortunately, our first round of buyers lost their financing the day before close due to some negligent spending behavior and lack of financial disclosures on their part. Then...Natalya did it all AGAIN, without missing a beat! Within another weeks, our home had another great offer! It is amazing how realtors have been allowed to charge so much commission over the years, yet Flat Rate LA Real Estate provides the same service (in my case I would say better service) for a flat fee. I was able to save over $24000 in commissions which helped pay most of my sons first year of college. For those who think this isnt a full service realty, you are wrong. I consulted and interviewed five Realtors, including the one who helped me buy the place when I relocated to LA. But considering my hot property, the fact that there was no other inventory in my price range and the overall market conditions, I just couldnt justify giving my money away to someone for basically hiring a photographer and putting the listing in the MLS. Natalya is shaking things up in the LA Real Estate market and other Realtors are quick to bad/mouth her so consider the source when youre getting real estate advice. I really enjoyed working with Natalya. I hope the Flat Rate LA Real Estate model will be standard in LA. I would highly recommend!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I bought my house using Flat Rate LA Real Estate a few months ago. I got rebate $17,000, an unbelievable amount of money. Ive used and consulted traditional realtors before, and I felt my experience was actually better with Natalya .The traditional realtors Ive used are slow with communication, always try to get a quick sale, easily frustrated. Natalya was quick to respond, available to show the houses that I wanted to see, and was there for all the services that a traditional realtor would offer. She knew what price to put in order for the seller to accept your offer. She expertly wrote a request for repair got $4150 credit from the seller. I think this is the future of real estate. I heard the negative words and get what you pay for comments from traditional realtors. They are trying to protect their fat pocketbooks. Realtors are upset because this means they are actually going to have to work for a living instead of leeching from the public. I mean honestly, do you really believe a traditional real estate agent adds an extra $17,000 in value? They open the house, fill in the blanks in a pre-set contract, make a few phone calls, send a few e-mails, and show up at the closing. Come on! What about the customer service they cry? And Natalya provides amazing service for amazing price!!

I think you are nuts if you think it would be over 20 hours total, for everything. Now is your realtor deserving of $30,000 for 20 hours of work? 40 hours of work? 80 hours of work? No way! Total BS! We consulted with 3 other realtors before listing our house, and it was a complete disappointment. Natalya operated from a client perspective. She prioritized our interests and goals. When our house went live to sell, we had 38 showings in 3 days and had 8 offers over asking price. Our house ended up selling for $86,000 more than any similar home in the neighborhood.
