Review I just purchased my first home with Natalya. I began searching over three months ago, and initially met with four different realtors. I chose to work with Natalya not only because my sister recommended her, or because of Natalyas track record of performance, but because I sensed Natalya would work hard on my behalf. (Natalya literally crafted me an offer on a day she had strep throat!) Natalya also stood out because of her philosophy and knowledge of home-buying. Shell ask you to rate homes on a 1-9 scale because no home is perfect; shell ask you what you want in a dream home, but shell also speak practically about the investment and the reality that a buyers values can evolve in the home-buying process. Actually working with Natalya is awesome. In a lot of ways, Natalya is a guide as much as a realtor, and she was always there and I never felt like I was hunting alone or without a strategy. She would help me digest different aspects of properties that I liked or disliked, and in conversation and text would help me process what I valued and what I wanted. When I would ask, Natalya would also give me healthy advice whenever the value I placed on a property was out of alignment with the market. All of this really helped me become a smarter shopper. Scheduling showings with Natalya and her team was easy, and I felt like I never waited to see a property, or even get a show time confirmed that worked with my schedule. I really expected setting up showings to be more difficult, and with some realtors, it probably really is, but not with Natalya. Also, her colleague Sam Padilla was a great resource to have with me at showings -- his construction background meant he was always looking for things that I was clueless about. Natalya also pointed me to Ryan Leahy at Motto Mortage, and indeed, I ended up getting the best deal and service from Ryan. I soon realized that Natalya has created a team of lenders and agents, which really streamlined so much of the home-buying process for me, especially when making offers and getting to closing. This partnership between a realtor and a mortgage broker is one that just makes sense, and I feel really thankful to have worked wit her and her team on my side. One of the nicest things about working with Natalya is that she strategizes and designs offers in a way that regards my money like it was her own, and it felt like we were working together to accomplish the same goal of getting me a house I am absolutely so excited about! Review My husband and I got the opportunity to work with Natalya and her team to purchase our first home. We were put in contact with Natalya a long while before we could actually start the process. She never made us feel like a burden, she constantly checked in with us and kept open communication at all times. Review In this absolutely insane market for buyers, Natalya was an absolute God-send! When we initially started looking for houses, we were inundated by real estate agents who started spamming us endlessly - Natalya was the only one who sent us her info and then left us alone until we contacted her again a couple of months later. Once we started working together, she was amazing - really sharp, efficient, quick, super-responsive and set up viewings as fast as humanly possible while helping us negotiate the crazy Denver market. We started talks about a new build and she was eager to guide us through the long process. When we finally found a builder she helped us navigate all the steps and kept in contact with the builder to make sure all inspections were completed at the right time. She came with us to design center appointments and to a final walk of the property. In December of 2021, after 10 months of building, we moved into our forever home! We started this process of looking for a home right when Covid-19 hit. Natalya wasn?t pushy at all and with her knowing I worked in the medical field she let us tell her when we were ready. Review She was very patient with me trying to find the perfect house and with some issues that came up getting approved. She was wonderful with my toddler that had to come with as well! She worked extra hard to make sure all the deadlines were met and made sure I understood what was happening during each step. One thing I do wish was that I was able to look at more houses in person rather than just pictures. I get a better feel of the place that way. Don?t get me wrong I saw about 10 houses before choosing Haha so I saw plenty but I wish I could of seen more.

Review Natalya was great to work with. She was very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. She did all the leg work in setting up everything from the home inspection to the well inspection. She even went above and beyond by going out of her way for our septic inspection because my wife and I could not be there. We felt the negotiation for objections was fair and were very pleased at the overall outcome. Although our property is far from her Littleton office she had no issues with making the drive. The only hiccup was on closing day, but that was due to snow... But hey, its Colorado it happens. She made a lot of calls to change the location and time of closing a couple times for us. We really appreciated it. We would definitely recommend her.
