ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Nataliya!!! From the start she was professional, punctual, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her job; at that moment I knew she was the one for me. She provided tips on how to stage my house before listing it for sale, she researched listing prices for similar houses so that my house remain competitive and she was always there for any questions I had.I listed my house within a month after contacting Nataliya, within 4 days I had three offers. She provided the details of all the offers so that I could determine which one best fit my needs. I accepted an offer and was expected to close in a month. However we ran into a issue that turned for the worst.Approximately a week before closing on my home, the title company of the potential buyer realized that the deed was written wrong. Oh boy was that a huge problem but Nataliya remained calm and humble. This issue took a few months to resolve. My house was originally listed in March, but I didnt close until November 13th. Never once did Nataliya complain, she worked very diligently to make sure that my needs were met. I lost a potential buyer in the process because they were inpatient with all that was going on. But Nataliya being the person she is had no worries she had a plan B; she relisted the house and within a few days I got a few more offers. Nataliya knew that I had to get my house sold to go to settlement on my new home and she kept pushing the matter to the builder and the builder's title company that the in-corrective deed need to be corrected.Now I'm three days away from moving into my new home and I couldn't be happier. If you are in the market looking for a realtor search no more Nataliya will cater to you. She's a sweet person to work with, patient and easy going. I promise, you will not be disappointed. The loan officer literally called and told us after signing that she's the best realtor he's ever worked with. Some highlights: she came with us to the design studio to help us pick finishes, negotiated down our closing costs to less than 50% of what the buyer was asking, got us a ton of extra discounts on the house, walked through the house and caught so many fixes the builders missed that we didn't even know where to look, all while answering 10000000 questions we had. I could keep going on, but in short, she's the best not just because she's knowledgeable, but she also cares a lot about us the clients and it shows in everything she does.
