This past February we decided to try to buy a home after being unsuccessful in our previous attempts (the last being about three years ago). An acquaintance recommended Katrina, as she had just helped them with a purchase. We are first-time home-buyers, and as such had a lot of questions and anxiety. Katrina was incredibly attentive, responsive, patient, and supportive every step of the way (there didn't ever seem to be a moment when she wasn't willing and able to talk/text or meet with us). Within two weeks of our first meeting with her, we had an offer accepted on a house exactly in the area we were hoping to buy. When it came to our offer, it was easy for us to trust Katrina's advice. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she clearly had a good understanding of our what we wanted (our hopes, concerns, etc.). In the weeks between having our offer accepted and closing, she was in constant communication with us. She clearly explained every part of the process and made sure that we did everything we needed to do - and that we did it on time (she also helped us obtain a good homeowners insurance policy). Katrina has been just as attentive since the closing of our purchase as she was before. She coordinated the bit of work we wanted to do on the house (painting, plumbing, electrical) before moving in, and she remains an amazing resource for us as we navigate homeownership. We would recommend her to anyone!
