Communication with your agent is so important. Being able to have open and honest conversation. Having an experienced, educated and thorough REALTOR who has your best interests at heart, knows the local market, strong negotiation skills and has strong values / ethics.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Marketing / advertising and digital presence is critical today. Our jobs as agents representing your property includes ensuring you have the best photos/ video/ aerial photos, walk through media and targeted advertising. Experience can be crucial as well as education and connection in this ever changing market.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I've successfully guided clients in buying and selling single-family homes, condos, condotels, interval ownerships, vacation retreats, and investment properties. Finding the unicorn as my buyers described! After putting their search on hold for a year, they began a search covering a wide area between NC and SC. We had many appointments over the holidays and closed very shortly after the new year.

Relocation to North Carolina! My love for the climate, sunny days and the ocean; and my parents settled here, we vacationed in Myrtle Beach and Cherry Grove since the 70’s, and my plan was always to retire here. I listed a property FSBO. When contacted by prospective buyers, I was informed they were represented by Natalie Rakoci as their realtor. I have bought and sold numerous properties over the years, so I have a good understanding of the process. Natalie was very easy to work with throughout the process. There were a few nuances to work through since I was not a realtor but Natalie ensured I was informed. There was an issue with the buyers lender about 3 weeks prior to closing but Natalie informed me immediately. Her expertise and knowledge in the local area allowed her to contact another lender who provided the buyers with the ability to close on the loan in a timely manner. I highly recommend Natalie Rakoci to represent you as professional realtor.

I reached out to Natalie for assistance with my parents for their home search. Since I am in the real estate/finance business, I'm extra critical when selecting someone for my family. Natalie was amazing! She was attentive and listened to their needs. Natalie was thorough in her presentation of property and she truly demonstrated an expertise with her knowledge of real estate. If you are in need of a real estate expert in NC or SC, please reach out to Natalie. You will be in great hands!

She is a good listener. She understood what I wanted and found the perfect home for my needs. She made the signing process easy to understand as well as the closing.
