ZillowVERIFIEDTo start, my wife and I were only curious about the market when we first started looking. We had about 6 months left on our lease when we decided it couldnt hurt to tour a few houses just to feel the idea of buying out. We were matched with Donnie through Zillow, and we met to look at a few homes. Despite having so much time left on our rental, we decided we wanted to buy a home soon after, and Donnie was the key to making that process happen. He toured at least 20 homes with us, helped us in the process of bidding on three homes, and constantly helped us to get over obstacles. He knew the area better than we couldve hoped, understood exactly what we wanted in a home, and worked around our crazy work schedules to make time for us. Donnie truly helped us out, and that was even more evident when we hit a major snag in the final home we went under contract on. Without specifics, it set the closing back about a month, and that created issues for us. Donnie fought tooth and nail and was updating us as much as he could so that we could close before our lease on the rental expired. In the end, we got our first home and the process couldnt have happened with him. I cant recommend him enough. Both my wife and I have brought his name up countless times with people that we know who are trying to buy, and I truly hope they work with him. Overall, Donnie definitely is the guy to work with when buying a home, and if the time comes and we have to move again someday, hes the first call we are making.
