Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Get pre-approved before you start shopping, not pre-qualified, pre-approved. Know your real budget, understand the full cost of homeownership beyond the mortgage, and be ready to move when the right home comes along. Most importantly, work with a local agent who knows the market, communicates clearly, and genuinely has your best interests at heart. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions of your life you deserve expert guidance every step of the way.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Price it right, prepare it well, and market it aggressively. Overpricing is the fastest way to lose leverage in a negotiation buyers notice when a home sits. Invest in professional photography, declutter and depersonalize so buyers can picture themselves there, and work with an agent who has a proven marketing strategy. The sellers who treat the process like a business decision not an emotional one consistently get the best results.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I have worked with first-time homebuyers, move-up families, downsizers, seniors, investors, and relocation clients across Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, Weber, Tooele, and Washington Counties. I have handled estate sales, divorces, short sales, new construction contracts, and complex multi-party transactions. No two clients are the same and that variety is what I love most about this career every transaction is a new opportunity to genuinely change someone's life.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

When a South Jordan couple reached out to me, they were frustrated and feeling unheard. They had listed their home with another agent but struggled with communication throughout the process their questions went unanswered and their concerns were overlooked. They needed to sell quickly to relocate to Austin, Texas, and time was running out. I stepped in, relisted the home, and within two weeks we had it sold. But beyond the result, what mattered most was making sure this couple felt supported, informed, and heard every step of the way. Communication is the foundation of everything I do no unanswered calls, no ignored concerns, no client left wondering what's happening with the biggest transaction of their life. They made it to Austin, and on the way out they left me one of the most heartfelt, five star, Google reviews I have ever received. That review meant more to me than the commission it was a reminder of why I do this work. Every client deserves an agent who genuinely listens and delivers. That is the standard I hold myself to on every single transaction.

Q: 5. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I hold six NAR designations, SRS, ABR, SRES, SFR, e-PRO, and PSA , each representing specialized training in seller strategy, buyer representation, senior transitions, short sales, digital marketing, and pricing analysis. Beyond the credentials, my background in healthcare and customer service gave me a foundation in empathy, communication, and showing up for people during high-stakes moments. Real estate is one of the biggest decisions a person will ever make and I take that responsibility seriously and I have invested in the education to back it up.

Natalie knew exactly what we were looking for and put in all the time and effort to make sure we were notified as soon as something we might be interested in came on the market! We absolutely loved her as our realtor. She always went above and beyond to make us look good to the seller and made sure we saved every penny we could. She was always honest in her opinions and concerns which is something really important when you're about to buy a home. If you are looking for someone who has your best interest Natalie is your girl!

My experience with Natalie was as good as it gets! From start to finish she worked hard for me with a mind of a loving mother. She didnt just find any old place for me but one shed allow her daughter to live. She went the extra mile by writing a letter on my behalf of why I would be the best candidate for buying/occupying the home I was wanting against so many others. Who does this? She makes every step easy, basically holding your hand walking you through every step! She made my house buying experience a unforgettable one, I definitely recommend her to anyone & will use again in future! Thanks Natalie we LoVe You!!!

Natalie is great!!!! Her knowledge is beyond compare. She's friendly, personable, compassionate and honest. If she doesn't think the home you are looking at is not the right fit she will immediately tell you. Her knowledge of the area and price points is very impressive. She does her homework on comps, price and homes so as to not waste my time on looking at something we couldn't either afford or wouldnr fit our needs. She puts her clients first and makes you feel like you are part of her family. She is the best. I would highly recommend her. I would use her again in a heartbeat!!!

Natalie is an exceptional Realtor. She gave me her personal attention and I felt like I was always a priority. We had a few hiccups when selling my home and she always addressed the issues as if they were her own. I never once felt like I was just a client, I felt like her family. We moved out of state and she even helped us find a reliable agent where we were moving to. I would recommend her to any body. Natalie also made it a fun process. She was always making me laugh and enjoying the experience. She is amazing I would use her a million times over.
