ZillowVERIFIEDNatalie sold our house quickly and for asking price! She was always available via phone or text, very attentive. She answered all questions and reassured a nervous seller, never flustered by repeated questions. She did everything possible to display our home in the best light, with beautiful pictures and descriptions. She is truly amazing and I would recommend her to friends and family, in fact she?ll be listing my parent?s home in just a few months.
ZillowVERIFIEDDiligent, Trustworthy, Great personality, will always answer your calls and will fight for your best deal. What else do you want from your realtor. No questions shes the best in my experience. Will never use or work with anyone else. Thank you Natalie!
ZillowVERIFIEDNatalie helped us buy our first home 4 years ago and helped us sell it today. Great communication, replied and answered to questions we had. Both, smooth transactions.
ZillowVERIFIEDNatalie walked us through every step of the way in our sell and purchase. She listed our house in one day and had several offers the following day. We were interested in a specific type of home with a a large enough yard for our boat. This is a challenge in the area we were interested in. Natalie kept searching until she found our dream home. She is polite, patient, professional and always on top of everything. If anyone thinks that the work of realtor is done once the house is sold - then they are as mis-informed as I was. The real work starts after the sale has been agreed. Her after-sales management is second-to-none. I have yet to meet a more professional, experienced, thoughtful, sincere negotiator than Natalie. She worked tirelessly on our behalf, juggling every aspect of the sale, from simply reassuring buyers, to helping to alleviate stress and always keeping everyone informed, across the entire period. She was readily available whenever we needed information and always, always, in a professional friendly manner. Thank you to Natalie you are Truly AMAZING and WONDERFUL!
ZillowVERIFIEDBased on my experience with Natalie Ortega, I will recommend her to all my family and friend based on her knowledge of the market, attentiveness to my requirements and Her rapid response to all my concerns. And last, but not least, the way she conducted herself in getting me a great deal was above and beyond my expectations, which resulted in helping me to get my forever home.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience with Natalie was amazing and I could not have asked for a better realtor. She knew what I wanted and made everything possible for it to come through for me by my home for the first time. She was very honest and truthful about everything you help me look in the best places was very Up front and didn?t beat around the bush. She went above and beyond and definitely I?m recommending her to all of my friends and family even people in the corner just so they know how good she is at all she made my dreams come true even with texts up six 7 o?clock in the morning until about 10 11 o?clock at night. Strong recommendations for Natalie thank you again so much for helping me by my first home
ZillowVERIFIEDNatalie is very detailed and extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise. She is always on top of things and her response time is as quickly as time permits. She sold my home and helped me find another home to purchase in a great area. I would definitely call upon her again.
ZillowVERIFIEDShe?s amazing! Extremely knowledgeable. Every easy to work with. We are so blessed to have met her! God sent... we sold our property in 4days!!! She explain everything in plain English. She was available during her son?s baseball game and Disney vacation. Very dedicated, professional and hard worker. Anyone will be lucky to have her services.
ZillowVERIFIEDI was referred to Natalie by a relative who purchased thru her. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Helped me all the way and even with post closing matters. She is helping me again as I am looking for another property and Natalie does the research and legwork before suggesting any property. We are still in the search but I am confident she will find our next home. Thanks for your patience Natalie.
