But as soon as we switched to Natalie, she immediately went to work for us to limit our losses and cleaned things up from the bad deal. The home we eventually purchased with her help had some construction delays that complicated our move, but Natalie was with us each step looking out for our interests and guiding us with sound advice. We looked around the community and found Natalie Miller's name on the yard sign. We made an appointment with her. She came to our house and explain the selling process. When we signed the contract with her. She came back to take pictures of the house (pictures were very professional with lots of thoughts given before each click!). She listed the property on the market on our suggested date, After showings in next few days she landed couple of offers in our expected price range. We accepted the offer we liked and closing was done on-time. It was an excellent experience overall even one of the buyer backed off for some financial reason but another buyer was already lined-up. She is a very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We recommended her services to couple of friends wanted to sell their house and she sold her house too.We will recommend her again to anyone looking to sell or buy a real estate property.
